What is your return policy?

We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. Because of the nature of our products, returns can only be accepted for unused products. However, if your product arrives damaged we will gladly send another out. E-mail help@kalosskin.com for any issues with your order.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We partner with UPS and USPS to get your products to you quickly. This typically takes about 5 business days from when you order. We will send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order heads out into the world.

Where do I enter a promo code?

If you have a promo code – simply enter it under the “promo” box at checkout.

I haven’t received my package, what should I do?

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships but if your package does not arrive as scheduled, please  e-mail help@kalosskin.com and we’ll help to get your order to you as soon as possible.


How will I know if a product will work for my specific skin type?

Though our current line is suitable for all skin types, we would be happy to recommend specific products for your unique skin. E-mail hello@kalosskin.com and one of our skincare specialists will respond within 24 hours.

No, we do not perform animal testing for any of our products, and that will never change.

All our products are proudly manufactured in the USA.

Can I send Kálos as a gift?

You must be a great friend. You can absolutely send Kálos products as a gift to your friends and loved ones. We would love to make your gift more special by including a handwritten note in your gift. Simply add this request in the “Notes” section and be sure to include a new shipping address at checkout.
