*COVID Shipping Update: orders are dispatched and delivered within 7-10 days. We partner with UPS and USPS to get your products to you quickly. We will send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order heads out into the world.

No, we do not perform animal testing for any of our products, and that will never change.

If you have a promo code – simply enter it under the “promo” box at checkout. 

We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. Because of the nature of our products, returns can only be accepted for unused products. However, if your product arrives damaged we will gladly send another out. E-mail help@kalosskin.com for any issues with your order.
